About Me
My Name is Sydney, or some of you might know me by Sourdohwithsyd. I am an Edmonton, Alberta-based sourdough baker. Inspired by my love of baking and being able to incorporate my creativity while crafting new sourdough flavours. Life is too short to eat bland grocery store loaves that make me feel bloated. YUCK! Did you know that most sourdough in the grocery stores isn't fermented? How can they even call themselves sourdough! Finding a sourdough selection, much less a section of delicious sourdough flavours, was impossible, so I became the solution to my problem, and I'm so excited to share real food made with real ingredients with my community.
